I am Master Qiu, a graduate of the Hong Kong Building Surveyors Association, with 30 years of experience in building project supervision and acceptance. I have assisted over a thousand clients in solving problems, earning the trust of many clients during this time. I provide on-site services, covering new buildings, second-hand properties, and acceptance of newly renovated buildings and ground floors. I can accurately inspect and explain the causes of issues such as water leaks in building toilets and kitchens, waterproofing problems on rooftops and platforms, rainwater and sewage pipe connections, and leaks in ground drainage (ground shops), as well as accurately accept new buildings and renovations (according to plans).
